Mr James Morgan: T don't think anyone will object to the motor horn it is these fiendish instruments. Mr Gwynne Vaughan pleaded that all motor horns should have the same sound. (Hear, hear.) It would save a great nnmber of accidents. There were all sorts of sounds now, and people could not tell whether it was a motor or a bicycle that was coiliirlg."
