AT the last Bangor Races, which was the 19tli anniversary of the mee ting, there vras a very general feeling that some expression of gratitude was due to Capt. -Francis Mostyn Owen for his very able management as Clerk of the Course all those years. It has, therefore, been resolved to raise a suoscription for the purpose of presenting him with a testimonial at the next Bangor Haces, which will be the 20th anniversary.
