CEERIG-Y-DRUIDION. REDUCTION IN RENT.—A few years ago, when a season of depression passed over the agricultural interests of this country, the late Mr. John Lloyd, J.P., Plas Isa, Corwen, showed his sympathy with his. tenants on hie Llangwm estate by remitting a portion of their rents. We a.re exceedingly glad to hear that his son, Mr. Alfred Lloyd, imitates his father's example, and has, through his agent, Mr. W. G. Williams, signified his intention to allow his tenants 10 per cent, off their rents at the next audit at Christmas to help them to tide over this trying year. Should good times again return, the Llan- gwm farmers will not grudge their landlord his full rent ufter experiencing his practical sympathy in. their adverse seasons,
