TIIE Council (acting as an Urban Sanitary Authority), being desirous of relieving the traffic in Town Hill and Penybryn, and for that purpose of con- structing new streets through lands recently purchased by them, and adjoining lands: invite Plans and Sections for effecting such objects, with descriptive specifications ano approximate estimates.
