NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the County Council for the Administrative County of Denbigh, of which meeting one calendar month's pre- vious notice, and of the intention to propose the under-mentioned resolution was given to every member of the Council, held at the County Buildings in Wrexham, on Friday, the 20th doy of March, 1908, at 11.30 a.m., the following resolution was unanimously passed viz. The County Council having, on the 7th February, approved of the recommenda- tion of the Public Health Act Committee, to adopt the Notification of Births' Act, 1907, and Special Notice having been given on the 11th February, 1908, to every mem- ber of the Council, that at the meeting of the Council, held to-day a resolution to adopt the Notification of Births' Act, 1907, within the area of the administrative County of Denbigh would be moved, it was, on the motion of Col. W. Cornwallis West, seconded by Mr. George Cromar, UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED—That the notification of Births Act, 1907, be, and the same be hereby adopted, subject to compliance with the provisions of Section 2 of the Act, and the Schedule thereto, and that this resolution of adoption be published in the Wrexham Advertiser,' the Baner,' and 'Welsh Coast Pioneer newispapersi—'that Notice thereof be placard- ed on the Police Notice Boards within the County, and that a copy of the resolution be forwarded to the Local Government Board, as provided by the said Act.
