NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Borough Funds Act 1872 that the following resolution was unani- mously passed by the Council of the Borough of Conway an absolute majority of the whole number of the Council being present at a meeting specially convened for the purpose and duly held on the 2nd day of December 1908 at the Council Chamber Guild Hall Conway "That it is expedient to promote and the Council doth hereby sanction and .Etauthorise the promotion in the next Session of Parliament of a Bill for the purpose of empowering the Corporation to supply Gas outside the limits of their district and of extending their present 61 limits of Gas supply so as to include the "parishes of Llangystenin and Llechwedd respectively in the County of Carnarvon or portions thereof and to borrow further 44 moneys and for other purposes in con-, nection with their gas undertaking AND that the Costs and expenses in relation to the promotion of the said Bill be charged upon and paid out of the District Fund and Ganeral District Rate or the Public "Funds and Rates under the control of the Council as the Bill may provide and Parliament may sanction."
