HE BOARD OF CO-N?SERVATOPS of the- T above-named Fishery 1)i,??,triet 11,EIIEB Y GIVE NOTICE of thtir intention to apply to the Board of Agriculture and Fisheries to confirm the following Bye-Law made under Sec. 39, S.S. 1 of the Salmon Fisheries Act, 1873, amending Bye-Law No. 1, made- in this behalf, and sanctioned by the Secretary of State on September 17th, 1874, and such Bye-Law as amended will read as follows :— The Annual Close Season for all modes of Salmon Fishing (except with rod and line) shall commence on the 15th day of September, and term- inate on the 30th day of April, both inclusive,. and the Annual Close Season for Rods as regards the river Lledr and its tributaries down to Ponty Pant Bridge shall commence on the 1st day of November, and terminate on the 31st day of March, both inclusive, and as regards the re- mainder of the district shall commence on the 15th day of November, and terminate on the 30th day of April, both inclusive. Heavy penalties are imposed under the Salmon Fisheries Acts for the breach of any of the provisions relating to the Annual Close Season as fixed by this Bye-Law. And the said Board of Conservators FURTHER GIVE NOTICE that a copy of the aforesaid Bye- Law may be inspected at my Office at Penisardre, Llanrwst, free of charge, or be obtained on payment of one penny.
