THE Scenery traversed by and adjacent to the Cambrian Railways is of an exceedingly varied and beautiful description, and the Coast of Cardigan Bay, to which the line affords the J most convenient access, offers great advantages for Sea-bathing in the long reaches of firm, safe, and sandy beach, with which it abounds, and in its pure and bracing air. The Mountain Ranges of SNOWDON, CADER IDllIS, and PLYNLIMON, with their Rivers and Lakes are also readily accessible from the various Watering-places, thus placing within the WMeh of Visitors a delightful combination of the natural beauties of Sea and Land. The Valley of the Wye, through which the Line to Brecon runs, also possesses great attractions for Tourists and Anglers. LAKE VYRNWY, recently stocked with Loch Leven Trout, is within 10 Miles of Llanfyllin Station. Arrangements are made during the Summer Months for the conveyance of visitors by Coach to and from places of interest in the vicinity of the Coast Line at reduced charges by which means, and also by the Festiniog, Talyllyn, and Corris miniature-guage Railways, whose termini are on the Cambrian system, the following amongst other places can easily be Visited by daily Excursions :— SKOWDON, BEDDGELERT, TAN-Y-BWLCH, FESTINIOG SLATE QUARRIES, CWMBYCHAN LAKE, MAWDDACH ESTUARY, PRECIPICE WALK & TORRENT WALK (DoUiELLEY), TALYLLYN LAKE, CORRIS, LLYFNANT VALLEY, RHEIDOL LAKE, DEVIL'S BRIDGE, MAENTWROG, ABERSOCH, &c. SPECIAL TICKETS AT REDUCED FARES are also issued between Local Stations to TOURISTS, and for FISHING, PIC-NIC, and other PARTIES.
