There was no one in the shop at the time that tiro damage waa done to the lead pipe. P.S. Price foroed the door odeu, and was going to the lamp: for the puruose of removing it when the explosion, above alluded to, took place. He had a very nar- row escape. There was a case of several watches in the window, which was completely .• poilt. The value of the case of watohee Air Freedtnan, juu., estimated at £ 100. The police saooeeded in putting out the.fire in a few minutes.
