COUNTY OF CARNARVON, COUNTY OF ANGLESEY. NOTICE. EDUCATION ACT, 1902. BY Direction of the Board of Education, Notice is Hereby Given by the County Councils of Carnarvonshire and Anglesey re- spectively, that under Section 17 of the above- named Act, a Scheme for establishing and con- stituting a Joint Education Committee for Training College Purposes for the Counties of Carnarvonshire and Anglesey, has been sub- mitted for approval to the Board of Education, together with an Agreement between the two Counties as to Financial Arrangements. Any objections or suggestions respecting the Scheme, and Agreement, may be made to the Board of Education in writing, within thirty days from the date of this Notice, addressed to "The Secretary, Board of Education, White- hall, London, S.W." Printed Copies of the Scheme and Agreement may be inspected, free of cost, on each week- day during the said period, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., at the Offices of the County Council of Carnarvonshire, at Carnar- von, and at the Offices of the County Council of Anglesey, at Llangefni, and at the Office of the [Board, at Whitehall. WE, the Rural District Council for the Rural District of Valley, in the County of Anglesey, hereby give PUBLIC NOTICE, that under the provisions of the Dairies, Cow- sheds, and Milkshops Orders, 1885, Art. 6, it is not lawful for any person to carry on in .the district of any local authority the trade of COWKEEPER, DAIRYMAN, or PURVEYOR of MILK, unless he is registered as such there- in in acoordance with this article. Application for registration must be made to me, the undersigned, the Clerk to the Coun- cil, by whom all necessary information will be given, and of whom Forms of Application can be obtained free of charge. N.B.—Article 3 of the Dairies, Cowsheds and Milkshops Amending Order of 1886, pro- vides that if any person is guilty of an offence against the Order of j.885 he shall for every such offence be liable to a penalty of Five Pounds. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Bill intituled "the Criccieth Water and Im- provement Bill," the objects of which are to authorise the Urban District Council of Cric- cieth to supply water and to acquire the un- dertaking of the Criccieth Waterworks Com- pany, Limited, and to make further provisions in regard to the local government and imp lave- ment of the district, and for other purposes, was duly deposited on the 14th day of Decem- ber, 1907, and copies of the said Bill may be inspected and purchased at the Offices of the Council, Town Hall, Oiccieth, between the hours of 10 in the forenoon and 5 in the after- noon, on every week-day for 14 days after the -date of this advertisement, and extracts there- from may be taken free of charge. (2) THAT the expense be defrayed in the finst place out of the General District Rate, and ultimately out of money to be borrowed under the provisions of the Act.
