The balance sheet was adopted, and amongst other business there arose a question of form- ing two 2nd Divisions to the League. One from Holyhead to Barmoutb, and the other to include Llanrwst, Llandudno, Conway, along the coast as far as Ruthin. A sub-committee was appointed to arrange and report to the Executive how the suggestion would be taken by junior teams. The 1st Division will be as last year with the exception that Denbigh have withdrawn and Llanboris and Bangor Uni- versity have been admitted. CHURCH SUNDAY SCHOOLS TRIP. This is fixed to come off on Thursday next, July 8th. It was at first hoped to give the adults a turn this year by a trip further from home than usual, say to Southport, but the fare was found to be prohibitive, so the com- mittee bad to fall back on a trip to Llandudno, where all the scholars, young ani old, can go and find enjoyment. A tea will be provided at Llandudno, and the children will get free railway fare and free tea tickets, and the adults have to pay a small sum, which will sacure them tea as well as the railway fare. Non-members of the schools can join the trip, and for such the return fare will be 2s 3d. Tickets can be obtained from the Superin- tendents, or the hon sees, and treasurers, Mr J H Palmer and Mr D E Humphreys Roberts. Funds are being collected by Miss Bellamy and Miss Drury, English School and Mrs John Williams and Miss Willims, Hall-square, Welsh teachers. The Denbigh Parish Magazine," for July, contains the following:—"The Rector and Churchwardens have ensrusted the re-building and renewal of the organ to Mr Bellamy, of Vale-street, Denbigh. Several firms of organ builders have inspected the instrument, and have reported it to be in a very dilapidated condition. It does not seem to have been cleaned since its erection ,lover thirty years ago, and much of the internal action was fouud to be completely perished. We have every con- fidence that in the capable bands of Mr Bellamy, the organ, which contains some ex- ceedingly fine stops, will be carefully restored. We hope that every member of the congrega- tion will feel it a privilege as well as a duty to contribute to the requisite expense. Contribu- tions will be gratefully received by the Rector or Wardens, or may be paid direct to the Organ Fund, N. & S. Wales Bank." GIRLS' FRIENDLY SOCIETY.
