INo person shall in any street or public Viaee, or in any place within view or hearing of any street or public place, make use of any violent or abusive language, gesture,or conduct with intent to put any person in fear, or so as to occasion a breach of the peace. LIGHTS ON VEHICLES. C. A person driving or having charge of any vehicle on any street or public place (except any vehicle laden exclusively with hay or straw, to a height of at least one fool above the body of the vehicle), shall, "between one hour after sunset, and one hour before sunrise, carry attached to such vehicle a lamp or lamps, so constructed and placed as to exhibit a whito or uncoloured light in the direction in which the vehicle proceeds, and so lighted and kept alight ¡ < 1 to afford adequate means of signalling the approach or position of the vehicle. POSTING BILLS WITHOUT PERMISSION. 8. No person shall post, paste, or affix any notice or placard in, upon, or to any building, wall, lence, gate, door, pllhu, tree, or post, in or abutting on any street or pub ic place with- out the permission of the owner or occupier thereof, or of the person having the charge or care thereof, or unless authorised so to do by law. STREET BETTING. 9. No person shall frequent and use any street or other public place within the borough, either on behalf of himself or of any otner person, for the purpose of bookmaking, or betting, or wagering, or agreeing to bet or wager with any person, SHOOTING GALLERIES, &c. 10.
