IMPORTANT SALE OF A VALUABLE IRON AND BRASS FOUNDRY. M'ESSRS JOHN M. Williams and Sons' Engineering Works. The property is conveniently situated to a number of tinplate and other works, with whom a large business has been done. The buildings are substantial, and comprise two casting houses. No. 1, 51ft. by 28ft., containing 6-ton crane, smaller crane, two cupolas, air furnace and stove capable of casting any tin mill work up to seven tons. No. 2. 48ft,. 6in. by 28ft. 6in., containing 6-ton erase, cupola, and stove. Fitting shop, contain- ing lOin. lathe, lift, bed, 8in. lathe, planing and soaping machines, drilling machine, two roll turning lathes, key cutting machine, boring mill, horizontal engine, and Cornish boiler. Outside there is a vertical boiler, mortar mill, shear legs (30 feet drop), with vertical engine and a brass air furnace. There are also smiths' shops, stores, stables and offices. The whole occupies an area of about one and a Quarter acres, and is held under two leases that have 79 years unexpired, at ground rents amounting in the aggregate to J:19 10.3 per annum. The whole of the loose plant, stocks, stores, tools, lkc. (an inventory of which is in course of preparation and may be seen at the offices of the Auctioneers seven days prior to the Sale) will have to be taken to by the purchaser at a price to be named at the time of Sale.
