Probate of the will with a codicil made 18th October, 1888, of the late Mrs Elizabeth Price, of Upper Belgrave-street, Belgrave-square, who died on June 23rd last, has been granted to the executors general, the Right Hon. Alexander Nelson, Viscount Bridport, of Cricket St. Thomas, Chard Mr John Philip Fletcher, of Darby Lodge, Sunbury and Mr James Price Gwynne Holford, of Kilgwyn, Carmarthen, to each of whom the testatrix bequeaths £ 100 to the Hon. Alfred Nelson Hood, £ 7,000; to Mr John Thurlow Fletcher, £100; to Mr John Roden, of Killgrove Wells, Westmeath, £100; to the Rev. Richard Nelson Barnes and Miss Elizabeth Barnes, £100 each to Miss Sarah Margaretta Andrew, £500; to her maid, £ 150; her coachman, £ 100; to her housemaid, £50; to Mary Ann Harris, a life annuity of £20, and legacies to other servants. The testatrix bequeaths her Russian, Sardinian, Dutch, and Brazilian securities and appoints a settled trust fund in trust to pay the income to Mrs Mary Anne Price, widow of Mr David Albany Price, during her widowhood, and in the event of her re-marriage, to pay to her £2,000, and on her death or re-marriage, to hold the fund in trust for her children.
