Penllyn District Nursing Association. The Committee wish to inform all kind fries^ who have contributed to the farewell testimonifi to Nurse Jones that the total sum received amounted to £20. As she is still too unwell to attend any meet- ing for its public presentation, and it is uncertain how long it might be before she could do so, the Committee decided to send her a cheque with the following letter. FEB. 3RD, 1903. DEAR NURSE JONHS,— On behalf of the Committee and many other friends in Penllyn, we ask you kindly to accept this cheque for £20, as a small token of esteem and gratitude for your careful nursing of the District during seven years. They had hoped to meet together and person- ally present their offering to you, but as that could not take place for some little time longer. they wish you to accept it now, with their best wishes for your speedy restoration to health. Yours faithfully, E. BURTON, HON. SEC.
