The fourth western boat cruises from the west end of Great Ormshead, and eastward until Tarlargoch Chimney on the west end of the bar land bears S.S.W. by compass. The fifth, or first Hoylake boat, cruises to the westward, so as to keep within a distance of five miles from North- west Litrhtship. The sixth, or second Hoylake boat, to board vesseb after they pass the line of the Northwest Lightship and Point of Air, when the first boat is not within a reasonable distance, but the especial duty of this boat shall be to receive Pilots from outward-bound vessels.
