Mack was charged with being ciruuk and disorderly in Mary- street, Dowlais, on Saturday night, and also with assaulting P.O. Enoch Davies. On the first charge he was fined Ss and costs, or in default seven days' imprisonment; and tor the assault be was fined 1Cs and costs.
