CAMBRIAN PROSPECTING SYNDICATE, LIMITED- — This syndicate was registered on the 15th inst., with a capital Gf;EIO,OW, divided in shares of £1 each, to carry into effect an agreement dated the 12th November, 1383, and made between William Cheetham Taylor, of Bai'thojomew House, of the one part, and William Merrick.Gilloui, of 7, Jeffrey's-square, E.C., acting as trustee for the company. To examine, prospect, and explore farms, lands, mines, minerals, ores, and mining rights in Wales, and to promote and organise companies to work the said mines and mineral lands, and to carry on the business of miners and smelters.
