Ruabon County School. The annual meeting of of the managers was held on Monday, present: Messrs A r E Evans, Christmas Jones, W Davies, C Morgan, R F Grasser and D W Roberts, Mrs Parry, and the Rev kV B Jones, with Mr E Jenkins*, clerk, and 1- J R Roberts headmaster. Mr Graesser proposed tliz re-election of Mr Arthur E Evans, as Chairman and the Rev W B Jones proposed that Mr R A Jones, Ruabon, be appointed chairman.— On a division, Mr Evans was re-elected [ by a large majority. Mr Christmas Jones I was unanimously re-elected vice-chairman The Clerk reported that the following managers had been elected :-Represent- j ing the County Council, Messrs D VV Roberts, R F Graesser, A E Evans, and W Davies, Mrs E Evans repressenting the non-provided schools, the Rev J W Thomas; representing the Board of Guardians, Mr T Sumnal. The Board of Education, wrote stating that in future the arrangements for certi- ficate examinations would be left to the managers of the county school where teachers were taught and to the Local Education Committee.
