To-morrow, Friday, at the Deganwy Castle Hotel, at 7.30 p.m., Mr. Matthew Ryan will offer for sale by public auction the two delightfully situated free- hold properties known as Bon Air facing the main road, Deganwy to Llandudno, and near the hotel; "Maelor" (originally known as Aber- conway"), on the main road between Deganwy and Tywyn, overlooking the river and town of Conway. DEATH.—We regret to record the death of Mr Hugh Parry, of Ty Plant, which occurred on Thursday after an illness extending over many months, in his 41St year. He leaves a widow and five children. The funeral took place on Monday afternoon at St. Mary's Church. The service at the house was con- ducted by the Rev. William Thomas, pastor of Zion Chapel, and in the Church and at the grave by the Rector, the Rev. John Morgan.
