wyd gan y plant yn y Gymanfa Flynyddol, gwnaeth Mrs. Davies sylwadau pwrpasol a gofir yn hir gan y plant. Yn yr hwyr pre- gethodd y Parch. T. F. Jones, Shirland Road, yn rymus iawn, a datganodd cor yr Eglwys ddwy anthem yn effeithiol o dan arweiniad Mr. Wynn P. Wheldon, M.A. Cyrhaeddodd y casgliad erbyn ddiwedd y dydd dros Cll y pwynt uchaf yn ei hanes yn Wilton Square. 'Roedd y cynull- iad, foreu a hwyr, yn wir galonogol, a'r canu jn llawn o'r ysbrydiaeth oreu, ac wrth gofio y rhai sydd yn rhwym, fel pettai yn rhwym gyda hwy," ni fethodd yr Eglwys gael y fendith sydd yn an wahanedig gysylltiedig a gweitkredoedd o'r fath. UNDER Y CYMDEITHASAU.—I ddathlu pen- tymor ei lywyddiaeth, gwahoddodd Syr E. Vincent Evans swyddogion yr Undeb, a phwyllgor Cymdeithas Lenyddol Jewin, i wledd foethus yn y Trocadero nos Lun ddi- weddaf, a daeth dros hanner cant o bersonau ynghyd i dreulio noson hapus. Clarke, Mri. J. T. Lewis, T. W. Glyn Evans, A. E. Rowlands, L. Vincent Evans, ac 0. E. Jones, &c. Ar ol y wledd cafwyd areithiau a chan i godi'r ihwyl. Cynygiwyd llwncdestyn Llwydd- iant yr Undeb gan Syr Vincent Evans, ac atebwyd gan Dr. Hartwell Jones-y cyn- lywydd-a Mr. A. E. Rowlands, cadeirydd y pwyllgor. Yna cynygiwyd llwyddiant ""Cymdeithas Lenyddol Jewin" gan Mach- reth, ac atebwyd gan Rhuddwawr mewn araith ragorol. Ar ran yr ymwelwyr siarad- wyd gan y Parch. D. Tyler Davies a Mr. J. T. Lewis, a diolchwyd i'r cantorion gan y Parch. John Humphreys, ac yna i'r llywydd ei hun am ei arlwy, ac i Mrs. Clarke, am ei anrhegion i'r merched oedd yn bresennol, gan Mri. T. J. Evans a D. R. Hughes. Dat- ,ganwyd bob yn ail a'r areithio gan Misses Florence Jenkins, Nancy Jenkins, Mri. Tim Evans, a William Rees.
