ST. ALBAN SCHOOL OF MUSIC, CARDIFF.— The above school at 66, Albany Road, originally established in the year 1887 (Queen's Jubilee Year), offers excellent opportunities to pupils desirous of becoming proficient in pianoforte and violin playing, artistic singing, organ, harmonium, &c. The Principal is Professor Abraham N. James, R.A.M., who is highly accomplished in his profession, whilst the patron is Mr. John Thomas (Pencerdd Gwalia), Harpist to the King. 516 pupils of Professor James have gained various musical successes since the inception of the school, a fact that speaks for itself.
