IMPERIAL PARLIAMENT. The business before the House of Lords was con- fined on Tuesday almost exclusively to the presenta- tion of petitions. On the motion of Lord BROUGHAM, a return was ordered of several papers connected with the state of the Canndns. Viscount DUNCANNON laid on the table an ab- stract of an account of moneys received and expended on account of the boroughsr England and Wales. The House then adjourned.
