THE PRIMROSE LEAGUE AT GLANCONWAY.-A meeting of the Gloddaeth Habitation was held at Glanconway on Whit Thursday evening in the National Sohools. Mr Fincham (Provincial Secre- tary) presided, and addressed the meeting at con. siderable length on the principles and growth of the Primrose League, pointing out the influence this organisation had in obtaining the large Unionist majority at the General Election. Mr Brooks, of Glanconway, gave an address in Welsh. An enjoy- able programme was afterwards rendered by Mr Vincent Walker, who gave two of his humorous sketches in a very clever way, being encored. The other ladies and gentlemen who kindly assisted in the musical programme were Miss Holmwood Jones, Miss H. Tritton, Miss Compton, Miss S. Jones, Mr James Jones, Mr Tom Jones, and Master Lewis. There were present Mrs Fincham (Hon. Sec.). Rev and Mrs Davies (Llangwstenin), Miss Percival, Mr Jesse Jones, Mr and Mrs Roger Jones, &e. The arrange- ments were admirably carried out by Miss B.
