WHEREAS the Urban District Council of Colwyn Bay and Colwyn, being the Urban Authority for the Urban Sanitary District of Colwyn Bay and Colwyn, have resolved to execute certain Private Street Works in Marine Road (North) within the said District. And whereas the Surveyor of the said Authority 10 has prepared a specification, plans and sections, estimate and provisional apportionment with respect to such Works.
