THE CONTRIBUTORIES SHAREHOLD- ERS of and Depositors with the above named Society are required, on or before the 17th February, 1896, to send their names and addresses and the particulars of their claims in respect of shares in or deposits with the said Society, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors, if any, to Thomas Edwards Parry, of Glasfryn, Conway, Carnarvonshire, Town Clerk, the Official Liquidator of the said Society, and if so required by notice in writing from the said Official Liquidator, the Claimants are, by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their Claims, at the Chambers of Mr. Justice North, at the Royal Courts of Jusfice, Strand, London, at such time as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution.
