PIEDMONT. Private letters from Turin of the 7th inst. state that much agitation existed the previous night in consequence of the refusal of the clergy to administer the last sacrament to M. Santa Rosa, Minister of Commerce, on his death-bed. The National Guard was under arms, and prevented any act of violence from taking place. The funeral cortege was most numerous on the next day. The National Guaid, the troops, the Deputies now in Turin, the Corps Diplomatique, including the ærench Minister, M. Ferdinand Barrot, attended.
