Intelligence was telegraphed from Norwich to Birming- ,i -17it, at Two o'clock yesterday morning, that the Jury had returned a verdict of "GUILTY" against RUSH, and that SENTENCE OF DEATH had been passed upon him by the Court. Just as we were going to press, we received informa- tion from Bristol suuporting the above statement.
