PROCLAMATIONS IN IRELAND. .The Marquis of Lansdowne (in reply to Lord Stanley) said that the proclamations issued by the Lord Lieutenant went to the full extent of the law. The Government had some addi- tional measures in contemplation. Certain peers were appointed to attend a conference with the House of .Commons on the subject of their disagreement to certain amendments introduced into the Evicted Poor (Ireland) Bill by the Lords. The other bills on the table were forwarded a stage, and the House adjourned.
