C. E. T. S. The fortnightly meeting of the above society was held on Thursday the 14-th inst. Mr R. Fhrgher occupied the chair. The following programme was woil ren- dered :— Pianoforte Solo, Miss Baggett: Song, "Darby and Joan," Miss Wutts; Recitation, "Little Flo," Miss Pearn Song, Far away," Miss Gilbett; Song, "The Better Land," Miss Ellis Duett, "Gipsy Countess," Miss Morgan and Mr T. Davies Song, The White Squall." Mr Reeves; Dialogue, "Six Little Nurses," Lydia Hughes, C Draper, L .Tones, G Berry, G Lee, and A Pickford Song, ''Katie's Letter,' Miss Watts; Duett, "Very Suspicious," Aliss Webb and Mr T Davies Song. Mr Reeves Song, That's the way to the Zoo," Mr T Davies; Song, "Uncle John," Miss Webb; Song, "The New Kingdom," Miss Susy Morris. Miss Baggett officiated as accompanist.
