A Batch of BaTry Blackguards at Penarth. Police Court. James Thomas, seaman, for being disorderly drunk and indecently exposing- himself, was fined 10/- or 7 days. McGuiness, an unwholesome-looking charncter, for a similar offence, was fined the same amount, whilst! McGuire and Thomas Huggins sea-faiing men were each fined 5/- or 7 days for drunkenness. James Stokes, too, was in like niaauer ordered to pay 5/- or to undergo 7 days. Elizabeth Windwood, with a discoloured face and brazen boldness stamped thereon, had a had list against her, and for two specific cases of drunk and disorderly, was sent to gaol for 14 d-Ays 11 trd, without be option of a fine.
