I Notes and Comments. I THE Liberal" Two Hundred met at the Jubilee Hall last Saturday evening, and we are glad to note that the meeting was thoroughly representative, and enthusiastic. The attendance, too, was very satisfac- tory. The unanimity which prevailed, spoke well fct the future of the Liberal cause in Penarth. W A are glad to note that even the one question which I threatened a little distention was amicably arranged, and henceforth. "Pul1, pull together boys," is to be I the motto :md ruling principle of the Liberal Associa- tion.
