Penarth Dairymen's Association ANNUAL OUTING. The above association had their annual outing en Tuesday last- Leaving Penarth Pier about 9.30 a.m per Messrs Edwatds, Robertson and Co's Bonnie Boone, they proceeded to Ilfracombe. The weather was beautiful and fine, and the sea calm. The boat arrived at Ilfracombe Pier about one o'clock, when the members of the association proceeded to the Fair- haven Hotel, where dinner was provided by Mr Henry Wood. The company sitting down numbe:ed over 50. After discussing the dinner, which was presid 'd over by Mr G Salter, bo 3. secretary to the associa: OD. and who was assisted by Messrs R Bibby, A H Salter; Davies, and Hampton (vice-chairman), Mr E Jonas Corbyn proposed the health of the Chairman and Prosperity to the Penarth Dairymen's Association, which was suitably responded to. Mr Corbyn also proposed the toast of the Host and Hostess, and the company expressed their pleasure by loud çJaudiLs ai d clapping of hands. Mr Wood responded, and said he was pleased the dinner had given satisfaction. The party then left to view the beauties of Ilfracombe, and subsequently returned to the boat. which started on its homeward course about six o'clock; wel! pleased with the day's proceedings.
