RUTHIN COUNTY SOHOOL.
RUTHIN COUNTY SOHOOL. WAR nONUS FOR ASSISTANT TEACHERS. At their meeting on Friday (Mr Ezra Robeits in tha chair), the Rithin Girls' County School Governors decided to grant a war bonus of £5 for one year to each of certain assistant teachers, They had applied for increases of salary, bat it wtts decided not to do this at present, but to meet the application by the grant of a war bonus. It was, however, agreed, on the motion of Mr J H Simon, to adopt a revised scale of sslarie3 for assistant teachers, such scale to become operative as soon as arrangements could be completed. The deteils in regard to this scheme were left to a committee with instructions to report as early as possible. After some discussion it was decided to reduce the fee piyable by the Headmistress in respect of pupils bonded at the tchool. Under the old agreement the Headmistri ss, who was personally responsible for tl! the expenses incurmf ia provisionicg the boarders, collected the necessary fees and paid the Governors £2 per annum in respect of esch pupil for the actual board- ing ace-immolation provided. The Head- mistress asked to be released from the obligation of paying this sum to the G vernors. It was resolved that in future only bi per pupil per annum be paid to the Governors, it being explained that it was necessary to levy this amount to cover the cost of repairs. The annual report wag read, bat tha consideration was deforrel until the next meating. Incidentally is was announced that the annual prizi distribution was to rake place early in January, and that it was expected that Dr Mary Davies, of London, the one-tims famous Welsh eiager, will present the prizes.

How Many P How many bilious attacks have you had 9 If few, you shouid be thankfui I IE many then you are entitled to sympathy. Bui sympathy won'o cure or even relieve you of this trouble And the trouble, as we know arises through the faulty action of the livor. It is apparent then, that to ba free from Biliousness or Biiicus Headaches, you must keep this important organ of the digestive system beiitilily active. Through the mny jeua thas Mother Saig^'a Syrup has been before the public, in no one thing has ib been more Buocessfal than in conquering or preventing biliousness. Proof of this we have from the thousands of people whj have voluntarily res ifiad to the fact. Mrs Robins, of Walnut Tree Hill, CharlboD, Wilts., says —" From early infancy I had been sutjact; to Biliousness. But between the ages of 16 bo 21 I think wis my worst time, Høad- aohaq were common, and fome boubs of biliousness Usted for three days on end. After ona botilo of Mother Seigel'o Syrup I felt a berfiv, and feur bot las made me well, and I h3.v;) been so right up to now, a period of closa on 30 years." What Mother Seigel'a Syrup did for Mrs Eobins it is capable of daitig-foryov. Put it to the best to-day.
