THE Trustees of the above-named Charity are prepared to receive applications :for Two Exhibitions, each of the value of LB per annum tenable for five years if in residence. The conditions in the will of the Founder are: That the Exhibitions be given to poor bovs inclined to learning chiefly and princi- pally, and before any other, that ishali come from North Wales, but that there be special regard had to such poor boys as are born in 'Anglesey, to be brought up in Trinity Col- lege, Cambridge, or in Jesus College, Ox- ford. If no applications from Students in either of the Colleges named are forthcoming, the Trustees will consider applications from Students in one of the other Colleges, in either of the Universities of Oxford or Cam- bridge. APPLICATIONS. The applications must be received by me not later than the 15th October next. Special forms upon which the applications for the Exhibitions are to be made can be had of the undersigned.
