NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that AN Order of which the following is a popy now applies to the County of Carnar- von, y^z- — WILD BIRD PROTECTION. The Wild Birds Protection (County of Car- parvon) Order, 1905, dated 22nd August, 1905. In pursuance of the powerg conferred on lIte by the Wild Birds Protection Acts, 1880 to 1904, and upon application by the County Council of the Administrative County of Carnarvon, I hereby make the following Ordex TITLE. L This Order may be cited as The Wild Birds Protection (County of Carnarvon) prder. 1905." BIRDS. CLOSE TIME EXTENDED. II. The time during which the killing or taking of the following species of Wild Birds is prohibited by the Act of 1880, shall be extended throughout the County of Car- narvon, so as to be between the last day of ifebruary and the first day of October in each year:- American Quail, Auk, Avocet, Bee Eater, Bittern Bonxie, Colin, Cornish Chough, Coulterneb, Cuckoo, Dotterel, Dunlin, Fern Owl, Fulmar, Gannet. Goatsucker, Godwit, Goldfinch. Grebe. Green shank. Guillemot, Gull (except Black- backed Gull), Hoopoe. Kingfisher, Kitti- wake, Loon, Marrot, Merganser, Murre, Nighthawk, Nightingale, Nightjar, Oriole, Owl, Oxbird. Oyster Catcher. Petrel, Ph alar ope, Ploverspage, Puffin, Purre, Razorbill. Redshank. Reeve or Ruff. Roller, Sanderling, Sandpiper, Seout. Sealark, Seamew. Sea Parrot. Sea Swal- low. Shearwater, Sheldrake, Skua, Smew. Solan Goose, Spoonbill, Stint, Stone Cur lew. Stonehatch, Summer Snipe, Tarrock. Tern, Thick Knee. Tvstey, Whaup, Whim- brel, Willcock, Woodrecker. ADDITIONS to the SCHEDULE of the ACT of 1880. III. The Wild Birds Protection Act, 1880. Shall apply within the County of Carnarvon jto the following species of Wild Birds ;n the same manner as if those species were in- Cluded in the schedule to the Act :— [ Yellow Bunting (Yellow Hammer), Buzzard, Tree Creeper, Peregrine Falcon, j Pied Flycatcher, Hedge Sparrow, Linae.. Raven, Redstart, Robin, Red brisked Shrike, Starling. Thrush, Wagtail. Black- cap Warbler, Wheatear, Common Wren, Fire-Crested Wren, Go! den-Crested Wren. The GOLDFINCH and KINGFISHER protected during the whole of the year. IV. During the period between the 30th Bay of September in any year and the 1st Hay of March following, the killing or taking- pf the Goldfinch and the Kingfisher is pro- hibited throughout the County of Carnar- Yon. j FJOG-S.
