NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been received by the Board of Trade (to whom by the Crown Stands Act, 1866, the management of the rights and interests of the Crown in the 4oreshores of the United Kingdom has been transferred) from the Llanbedrog Parish Council for a lease of so much of the fore- shore between high and low water marks of ordinary tides as lies between the boundary between Penrhos and Llanbedrog Parishes (which crosses the foreshore adjacent to the i{property known as "Big," near Penrhos), end a point about 100 feet north of the Cambrian Quarry Jetty at Trwyn Llanbed- rog, Mynydd Tir-y-cwmwd, for the purposo of regulating this foreshore in the public interests. All persons interested are to take notice that one month after this date the Board of Trade will proceed to consider the applica- tion, and in the meantime they will receive any representations which may be made to them'in writing with respect thereto. Security to be given (if required) for the due performance of the Contracts. It is competent for any Person to Tender any of the Articles separately. It is requested that only the Price of the [Article (without a distinguishing name) should be marked on each Sample sent m, and tihat the Tender be attached to the Sample Parcel (if any).
