To enable the Council to acquire by agree- ment or take on lease and hold lands and premises or' interests or easements in or over lands and to appropriate for the purposes of the Order any lands belonging to. or held by them and to. construct and maintain upon sueli lands all necessary stations and works for generation and supply of electricity together with all buildings engines apparatus works and I' appliances necessary for the purposes aforesaid and to empower the Council to sell or dispose of any lands not required for the purpose of the undertaking. 3. To incorporate with the Order such of the provisions contained in the schedule to the Elec- tric Lighting (Clauses) Act. 1899 as are appli- cable to cases in'which the Undertakers are the local authority and. to apply such provisions to t'he undertaking to be authorized1 by the Order subject to such variations and exceptions as may be contained therein. 4. To prescribe the maximum price to be charged for the supply of electrical energy. 5. To confer upon the Council all or some of the powers of the Electric Lighting Acts 1882 and 1888 and enactments incorporated 1882 and 1888 and enactments incorporated therewith and to alter vary or extinguish all rights and privileges which would or might interfere with any of the objects of the Order and to confer all other powers and privileges I necessary for carrying such objects into effect. 6. The names of the Streets in which it is pro-' posed that electric lines shall be laid down within a specified time are as follows :—Kings- land Road (from Tanyrefail to Church Terrace), Church Terrace. Victoria Terrace, Market. I Street, Stanley Street. Newry Street, Newry Fawr Street, Boston Street, Stanley Crescent, Marine Square, Thomas Street, Williams Street, Holborn Road, London Road (from Church Terrace to York House). 7. The .following are the Streets not repair- able by the Council and railways which the Council propose to take powers to break up viz —Railway Station Bridge and approaches thereto from Church Terrace, London Road and Black Bridge, Road from Gas Works to Victoria Square. 8. And notice is hereby given that the draft of the Order will be deposited at the Office of the Board of Trade on or before the 21st d'av of December next and printed copies of the draft Order when deposited and of the Order when I made may be obtained (at the price of one shilling for each copy) at the Offices of the Council Holyhead and at the Offices of the under- ¡ mentioned Solicitors and Parliamentary Agents. 9.
