MERIONETH, DOLGELLEY.—A Valuable and Exceedingly-attractive FREEHOLD RE- SIDENTIAL PROPERTY, lying in a most beautiful part of this picturesque county, mid- way between Dolgelley and Barmouth,two miles from Penmaenpool Railway Station, and four miles from Dolgelley Station on the Cambrian Line, having easy access to and from Liver- pool, Chester, Bristol, and other important centres of the North and Great Western Rail- ways, with direct communication to the Metro- polis. In the rear, separated from the recep- tion-rooms by a corridor, are the domestic offices, with menservants' bedrooms over; also a capital range of outhouses, with dairy and cottage. The excellent Stabling lies a short distance from the mansion, and has accommodation for seven horses, with coachman's house and other con- veniences. The pleasure grounds are charm- ingly laid out with broad terrace walks re- lieved by parterres of flowers, and having lovely panoramic views of the Estuary and I Cardigan Bay. There are also extensive level and sloping lawns, with tennis courts and winding walks, shaded by ornamental planta- tions. The productive kitchen gardens are well screened from the north and east, and contain ranges of vineries, orchid and fruit houses. There are stone-built farm buildings, with carpenters' and fitters' shop, having water-power driving gear, and several large reservoirs. There are also several slate quar- ri?s> seven cottages, and a capital homestead, with, farmhouse and buildings, also enclosures o rich pasture land. The hill lands are ex- ensive, and well adapted for sheep, and ex- ce en shooting. Excellent fishing and boat- ing are obtainable.
