The latter did' not appear, and a warrant was issued! for his appre- hension. BREACH OF THE COUNTY BYE- LAWS.—Svdlney A. London, of the Bettws- ycoed! Slate Company, Liniited, was charged with an offence under the county bye-laws, nainsly, with carrying excessive loads on tyres of a specified width.The defendant was fined 10a and costs.
