NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Application has been received by the Board of Trade (to whom by The Crown Lands Act, 1866, the management of the rights and interests of the Crown in the Foreshores of the United Kingdom has been transferred) from the Criccieth 0 rban District Council for a Lease of the rights and interests of the Crown in certain Foreshore between high and low water marks at Criccieth for the purpose of regulating the use thereof. The Foreshore desired to be Leased extends 'from a point on the west side of the Castle to a point near Dryll opposite the Western Boundary of the District of the Council. All Persons interested are to take Notice that 21 days after this date the Board of Trade will proceed to consider the Application, and in the meantime they will receive any objections which may be made thereto.
