LAUGHARXE. PROPERTY SALE.—On Tuesday Mr James Davies, auctioneer, Gortrefawr, Whitland, and Carmarthen, offered for sale at the Swan Hotel, St. Clears, the dwelling-house with garden, stable, etc., and 19 acres of land, known as Miltm Dank," situated within half-a-milo of Laugharne. The .( property, which was in two separate lois; was sold after a spirited competition to Mi" Smith of Rugby (son of the late Colonel Smith), for in all. The vendor then asked the Auctioneer to put up one of tho lots for re-sale, viz., that consisting of two fields (about 9 acres) on the other side of the road.
