The War. Tackled by a Submarine. Mr. Tom Rees, of the Castle Hotel. Aberdare, has received a letter from Corporal Woollacott, Quarter Master's Stores, 74th Battalion, B.E.F., Bram- shott Camp. Hampshire. The writer is well known in Aberdare. He joined his Majesty's Forces in Canada, and in this letter he gives a thrilling account of a journey from Toronto to Liverpool in The Empress of Britain," a voyage not unattended with considerable hazard.
