NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Urban District Council of Mountain Ash, being the Sanitary Authority for the above-named District, did, on the 26th day of May, 1914, in accordance with the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, pass the following resolution, viz.:—" That the Specifica- tion of the Works proposed to be done in sewering, levelling, metalling, flagging, channelling, and making good that part of Commercial Place, Mathewstown, fronting the premises known as 5, 6, 7 and 8, Commercial Place and a portion of No. 4, Commercial Place, within the Sanitary District of the Council, and the Plans, Sections, Estimate and Pro- visional Apportionment relating to such works, now submitted by the Surveyor, be and the same are hereby approved." And Notice is further given that for a period of one month from the twentieth day of June, 1914, the Specification, Plans, Sections, Estimate and Pro- visional Apportionment referred to in the above Resolution, will be kept deposited at the Offices of the Council, and will be open to inspection at all reasonable times.
