Worcester, Warwick, & Rugby Railway. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, THAI application is intended to be made to Parliament in the ensuing Session for an Act; or Acts to authorize the construction and maintenance of the Railway and Branch Rail- ways hereinafter mentioned, or some of the'ni, or some part or parts therof respectively, with ail proper works, approaches, and conveniences connected therewith respectively, that is to say, a railway commencing at or near the Upper Quay, in the parishes of Samt Clement, and Saint. Nicholas, or one of them, in the city and county of the city of Worcester, and terminating at or near the Rusby Station of the London and Bir- mingham Railway, near the town of Rugby, in the parish of Rugby, 111 the county of Warwick, which said intended railway and the works connected therewith will pass from, in, through, or into, or be situate within the several parishes, townships, and extra-parochial or other places following, or some of them, that is to say, Saint. Clement, Saint Nicholas, and Claines, all in the said city and county of the city of Worcestei Claines, Hindlip, Martin ] Iussingtree. Eastern and Western Railway Company, if so incorporated as aforesaid, to raise and contri- bute funds for or towards the construction, maintenance, and use of the said intended Railway, Branch Railways, and works, and to guarantee interest on the capital tOVbe-expcoded thereon, and generally to enter into and carry intgReflect, all such ar- 10 l^e aforcL-aul as may be mu- a.o. .l-l ..i Raiiway Company and the CoTiipauy to\ie thereby incorporated i R:ÜIIl<ty COJlljnny all, I the t\1III pcmy 'fô"bp thereby i1Jr'orplJratE:'d.; And Notice is hereby further given, that- maps or plans and. sections of the said intended Railway, Branch Railways and works, and of tlie lands proposed to be taken for the purposes thereof respectively, together with books of reference to such plans, containing the names of the owners or reputed owners, lessees, or reputed lessees, and occupier:, of such lands, will be deposited, on or before the thirtieth day of November instant., with the clerk of the peace for the county of Worcester, at. his office in the city of Worcester; with the'clerk of the peace for the city and county of the city of Worcester, at his office in the city of Worcester with the clerk of the peace for the county of Warwick, at his office in Stratford-upon-Avon and with'the clerk of the peace for the borough of Warwick, at his office in the borough of Warwick; And that a copy of so much of the said maps, or plans and sections, and books of reference, as re- lafes to each of the parishes in or through which the said in- tended Railway, Branch, Railways, and works, are intended to be made, will be deposited 011 or before the thirty—lir.st. day of December in the present year, with the parish' clerks of those parishes respectively, at their respective residentes.
