THE COUNTY COUNCIL of the Admin. istrative County of Cardigan, in pursuance of the powers conferred upon them by the Shops Act, 1912, and after due compliance with its provisions, do hereby order as follows:, (1) This ORDER, which may be cited as the "General County Closing Order, 1914," applies to all Shops in the County of Cardigan, except the following areas, namely:-The Borough of Aberystwyth, the Borough of Lampeter, the Borough of Cardigan, the Urban District of Aber- ayron, the Urban District- of New Quay, the Village of Borth, and the Town of Tregaron, in which any retail trade or business, including any retail trade or busi- ness exempted by Section 4 (6) and the Second Schedule to the Act is carried on.
