AUDlTOR-Alfred \hitworth, Esq.,AceountiU)t, Aianchester SBCBETABY & OFFICES—Mr. Henry Hliodos,90,(iracechurch-st.,E.C. PROSPECTUS. This company having purchased the lease of a mineral property of great value, situate in the parish of St. Hilary, about three miles from Marazion, in the county of Cornwall, and in the sett now so successlully worked by the Wheal Grylls Company, pro- poses to thoroughly develope it. The property is within a short distance of the Wheal Grylls Company's workings on the Georgia lode, which has pruv d so productive and profitable. ITie Georgia lode runs through this property, and the Wheal Grylls Company are producing irom it, in their sett, large and re- gular quantities of tin. It can be opened upon at a moderate cost, when it is confidently expected that large returns will be made, C°ns'('e.ra'le advance take place in the value of the shares I he description of tin produced from the Georgia lode is the best black, and Commands a high price in the market. The shares of other mines in the Grylls district have a, tii,ed considerably within the last twelvemonths, their pros'" 1 uwdiii g being as follows:- « t Wheal Grylls, with £ 2 4s. paid, ssllingat £ 2S perfrfaffe. East Grylls, with £ 1 paid, selling at £ 1 ^JOs. w uishp* I. Great Wheal Grylls, with £ 1 paid, selhng at £ 5*. share.' West Grylls, with 4s. per share paid, a¥eat £ per share." and South Grylls Mine is being pushed' on to a successful issue when those shares must advance. The company have secur d a lease of a property for a period of 21 years, on favourable terms and at .,e moderate royalty of one-eighteenth on all ores raised and soJ a. Until the present, no lease has been granted of this property, the owner of the land dec] ning to have tne surface interfered with" but his decease has removed the difficulty heretofore existing and the present lease has been granted by his trustees for 21 years. The directors are prepai-ed to receive applications for n :it.ed number of shares, but no application will be considered t jess it is accompanied by the bankers' receipt or a remit lce for the amount of the deposit of 91 per share on the number of shares applied for. Prospectuses, with report, forms of application for sbares, and all further information, may be ohtained on application at the offices of the company, or from the bankers. Where no allotment is made, the deposit will be returned In full. There is no liability of any kind beyond the £3 per share. There are no special articles, Table A being adopted in its entirety. Extract from CAPTAIN RICHAUD3' Report, dated December 2G, 18G3, g This mining property, known by the name of fcgewidden, is situate in the parish of iSt. Hilary, In the county of Cornwall, in the midlltofmines which have produced large quant it ofriiivirfll and profits to the adventurers. It i; surrounded by L H Grylls sett; and Vie rich Qt',rgia lode, now so proiiactive and profitable in that mine, runs through this land, 1 believe Wheal Grylls present workings on the Georgia lode are within about 180 fathoms ot this sett. There are'some ancient workings ui this pro- perty on the Georgia lode, and from the appearance and accouuta, given, it must have yielded a large quantity of tin. 'I. he operations were not carried very deep, the water preventing them, and wheifcw again worked there is good reason to believe it will prove a rich lode, as in the adjoining mine it has proved one of the richest lodes ever worked in the county. The lode can be opened on at a very Moderate expense, and as the results would be of so im- portant a character I strongly recommend this being done without any delay. The position of this property is highly favourable, there being many thousand pounds profit realized on both sides of It, and has the same channel of ground and lodes running through tt, I reeomsMnd yoar opeaing it I feel eaimiMt yM awtttoafa lara^NtaiM."
