FOREIGN INTELLIGENCE. 0 RUSSIA AND AUSTRIA. PROBABILITY OF WAR. The St. Petersburg correspondent of the Times says :-M. Aksakolf, in his Panslavonian journal tinss, has published .n article of the most violent ultrvpatriotic type, calling for revenge and war on a country with which Russia is friendly and even said to be in alliance, and, as I informed you. the ether clav, it was fully believed here that the liuss would receive a warning from the censor.
