BUBGKSS, Dear sir,—I was in attendance on Mr. iinker s family about three months ago, when he asked my advice about his son, who is suffering from Hip disease. I examined the boy and advised Mr. Baker to put him in one of the London Hospitals to be operated on. Mr. Baker acted on my advice, and made ap- plication at several of the hospitals, but with- out success, being told on each occasion that the bov was incurable. A short time after- wards Mr. Baker came to me and said he was advised to use Your Lion Ointment, and ■would do so if I would supervise the use of it, and in accordance with Mr. Baker's wish I pnt the boy under treatment with your Ointment, and the result is most satis- factory. I was so impressed with the good effect it had that I have since used it in a variety of cases in my own practice, such as Skin diseases, Ulcers, Rheumatic Gout, Small-pox, Ac., with a good result. In Small-pox I applied the Ointment to the rash on its first appearance, and find that it has effectually prevented pitting in every instance. I can thoroughly recommend it in the aùove, Yours truly, E.
