CONSTRUCTION OF WATER WORKS UNDER THE PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 1875. ICTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Machynlleth Urban District Council intend under the powers with respect to the supply of water and construction of Water Works conferred upon them by the Public Health Acts to construct and carry out the following works that is to say :— 1. An impounding Reservoir designed and inteuded to contain when constructed more than One handred thousand gallons of water situate on lands parts of Farms called or known by the names of Cilgwyn and Esgairbir in the Parish of Llanwrin in the County of Montgomeiy. 2. A main or line of pipes of not exceeding six inches in internal diameter with the necessary valves, aircocks, and other appurtenances commencing at the im. pounding Reservoir above described in the Parish of Llanwrin in the County of Mont- gomery and terminating without the District of the said Council at the point where the Afon Difhse Brook is crossed by the Railway of the Cambrian Railways Company being the Boundary of the Dis- trict of the said Council in the Parishes of Machynlleth and Penegoes in the aforesaid County.
